6-7 hours of rendering :) on that resolution,and added depth of field in photoshop to look much more realistic :)

What lighting and render you use?

for the render I've used photometric lights
5 area lights and I've added web on them to look like real bathroom lights
the materials are made by me like the geometry..the render I've used v-ray
with light cache and fixed rate of 2 subdevis. for the image sampler.
the light cache haves only 300 subdevs.
it rendered 6 hours :) on that resolution.

Camera phisical vray whith DOF?

no..it's standart camera :)
I've used Depth of Field PRO in photoshop to create depth..
before that I've rendered zdepth map in 3d studio max of the scene..this is black and white image,wich allows me to control..the focus and the other things like in max but in real time,and to manipulate it..with DOF in max it's much hard for rendering,about the phisical camera..don't use it,for know ;)
